Service Description
The Quarterly Live Meditation Sessions offer a space to calm the mind, arrive fully in the present moment, and reconnect with our deeper self for strength, insight, and inspiration. Held in a safe, supportive group space, each 45 min session is gently guided by Sandrine around a seasonal theme, weaving together mindfulness meditation, an inspirational reading, and time to pause or stretch. These quarterly sessions are designed for those with some meditation experience and are not a course. If you’re looking to learn mindfulness or meditation from the beginning, please explore our mindfulness courses or contact us. When: The second Tuesday of each term 7-8pm. Next session Tuesday 13th January. Where: On Zoom. Please book to receive the zoom link.
