Service Description
“You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf” Whether you prefer a group course or private mindfulness and meditation sessions, I recommend booking a free 40-minute discovery call. During this session, I will listen to your needs, discuss training options, and tailor a programme to suit your lifestyle. My mindfulness courses, based on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT-L), are enriched with awareness coaching skills and 30 years of meditation practice. While not therapy, these courses have proven therapeutic for participants with issues such as mild depression, high blood pressure, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, negative thought patterns, chronic pain and chronic fatigue. Most participants report improved wellbeing, better social interactions, increased appreciation of life, and enhanced emotional regulation, resilience and coping skills. “Sandrine has a gentle, kind manner and creates a safe space where you feel supported and looked after.
