One to One Mindfulness Training and Mentoring. When you work with a qualified teacher, you receive personalized guidance, ensuring the practices are taught safely, and with integrity.
Choosing an evidence-based mindfulness course led by a trained teacher ensures you gain the full benefits of mindfulness. Evidence-based programs like MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) have been thoroughly researched and proven to be effective. When you work with a qualified teacher, you receive personalized guidance, ensuring the practices are taught safely, and with integrity.
The 1-1 course provides numerous benefits, including:
· Improving Focus: Learn tools to step out of automatic pilot mode and increase your present moment awareness in daily life.
· Increasing Self-awareness: Learn to notice and relate mindfully to your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
· Reducing Stress and anxiety: Identify the early signs of chronic stress or burnout and develop tools to manage stress and anxiety more effectively.
· Building Emotional Resilience: Learn to respond to challenging situations with greater calm and clarity, using helpful coping strategies.
· Embed mindfulness: Learn various mindfulness meditations and mindful daily routines; tailored to your own lifestyle and circumstances. Mindfulness, when practiced regularly, will gradually permeates in all aspects of life, helping you navigate life with more ease and skills.
· Fostering Compassion: Cultivate kindness, appreciation and compassion towards yourself and others.
· Handbook and audio recordings of meditations. You will receive weekly notes with the resume of each session and recordings of meditations with my voice, to help you during the course and beyond.
· Learn with a trained and experience teacher: My mindfulness course is based on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Life Coaching and 30 years of personal practice. I listen actively to your needs, situation and aspirations, with full presence, confidentiality and non-judgment.
Locations: Online and In person.
Fees: The course fees vary depending on the programme. Cost for one hour session: I offer a sliding scale of £55 to £75, depending on your financial situation and the programme you choose.
All courses include a workbook and recordings of all meditations.
Participants of the one-to-one course can join the MBSR/MBCT-L group retreat at a reduced fee. This retreat day is recommended and very helpful to deepen your understanding and practice of mindfulness.
Home visits: to cover traveling time and expenses, there is an extra charge of £1.25 per mile to travel from Midhurst.
